My new shoes

Boyfriend obviously felt a little bit guilty for;

1. buying a Wii (he did not expect me to want to play),
2. buggering off all day yesterday to watch a football game God-knows-where,
3. not getting me a birthday present (I'll milk it until my next birthday),
4. not being able to diagnose the pain in my heel so I had to do it myself...

so, he bought me a pair of shoes, Skechers, really nice and comfy. Although the size 4 were too tight and size 5 slightly too big (they don't do halfs) so I had to put a sports sole in. This is where my Boyfriend got embarrassed as I asked the girl if they had them [sports soles] in a different colour. They were bright blue and I think beige would have been nicer. Why did I feel the need to apologise for asking? I love the shoes nonetheless!
