I thought I had done so well this week and the scales only tipped -0.6kg. Yes, it's a loss but when I've been so good at it this past week it's quite disappointing. I said so at the meeting (I go to SlimmingWorld), and at the moment I feel a bit down about it but there's no quitting. I'm in it for the long haul. I AM getting down to my target weight and that's that but I'd rather get it done with sooner than later. Oh well, I do enjoy the meetings and the chat we all have.
I guess it's just to bite the bullet and start afresh tomorrow and hopefully I'll be a bigger loser next week and not just a fat loser...
