The Evil Eye

I woke up being unable to open my left eye. It was completely swollen shut. Not nice. Painful. Had to force it open and lots of unpleasant goo came out. Totally disgusting and I think I cried a little.

So went to see my GP, who gave me some antibiotic eyedrops. I hate eyedrops. Have you seen the episode of Friends where Rachel needs eyedrops? I'm exactly like her when it comes to these good but horrendous drops. I always flinch and move my head when the drop is to 'go in'. It doesn't matter if I do it myself or if someone else does it. Why can't they make something that doesn't "surprise" you the way that drops do??

I guess Boyfriend will have to wrestle me to the floor tonight to help me... Darn it.
