About a month or so ago a couple in Ohio were arrested after a repairman found evidence in their camcorder of them forcing their little 2 year old smoke cannabis. The parents admitted to it. As if that wasn't bad enough it has now been revealed that the little tot has also tested positive for cocaine.
WTF?!
I'm speechless.
